Great cottage, sunny, quiet, tranquility. Quietest cottage we have ever stayed at. Went down Blanche Rd. to the end (about 10 min. from the cottage) and walked the beach and rocks at low tide. Saw a colony of seals barking on rocks. Don't miss Cape Forchu outside of Yarmouth, Outstanding. Compliments on keeping the natural setting
We had a wolderful time in the Captain McLean's Carriage House and in Shelburne! The only bad thing is to leave! We can't wait to come back.

For Your Peace of MindAt Sandy Lane we keep a professional, watchful eye on our clients’ homes and property, working hard to meet all their individual house sitting and property management needs. During the months you are not in residence, we can help to ensure the safety of your investment. We will conduct on-site building inspections as per the requirements of your insurance.Our Home Watch service includes a thorough review of the interior and exterior of the property. The property is inspected for weather damage, signs of tampering, vandalism, or other security risks. As well, we will make unscheduled visits after power outages or bad weather such as strong winds or heavy rains, to check for loose shingles, leaks, fallen limbs, etc. We will collect any flyers that have been left at the doorstep and make sure the house has a “lived-in” look. We will monitor timers to make sure lights are coming on and turning off at appropriate times. Relax … let us provide you with peace of mind knowing that your home is well looked after. |
