Great value for your money! The location of a Blue House is great and close to everything. We were able to go out for day trips and come back in no time. The kids loved, loved the beach and didn't want to leave on our last day. They asked if we could go back next year but for two weeks We arrived at Sanderling Beach House early afternoon and were overwhelmed by the wonderful beach. The house is perfect; the beach even more so. The seals were elusive but we did manage to see them every day. We made some day trips, had some beach dys, water was frigid, and managed a round of golf at River Hills in Clyde River. On the front 9, the view of the river is beautiful but it was the scenery on the 11th and 15th that was breath taking. We loved our stay here, the views, the isolation of the cottage and the friendliness of the people we have encountered on our travels.
Our first day here we open the curtains to be greeted by the view of a Great Blue Heron standing among the rocks of your little beach area! For our 20th anniversary what we were looking for was a place that offered quiet and seclusion away from very busy lives! Your home was just the ticket! Quiet relaxing days of no particular schedule made this an anniversary to remember!
