At Sandy Lane we take the worry and hassle out of owning and operating a summer holiday home.   Our specialty is in managing and marketing short-term vacation accommodation rentals in Shelburne and Queens County, Nova Scotia.

We take care of all the details: from marketing the property rental, to securing qualified guests, preparing and receiving signed rental agreements, collecting fees and security deposits, sending directions and clarifying policies, checking guests in and out, weekly cleaning and managing the finances. For easy booking and information we offer e-mail communication, a toll free reservation line, online availability and booking. For easy payment, we accept Visa and Mastercard. We recognize that it is important that our guests have a great vacation in Nova Scotia.  So, with each accommodation we provide information on the local beaches, museums, walking trails, golf courses, birding sights, restaurants and galleries, etc.   We also encourage our guests to come to our office for a chat.   We are happy to give them suggestions for things to do, make restaurant reservations, book theatre tickets and to let them know about any local events or festivals taking place in our area.
