We have spent a wonderful 2 weeks in this gorgeous cottage. Willow Cove Cottage is wonderfully well equipped. We brought a lot of things we didn't even need. The location is great; it was so quiet and so close to many wonderful beaches! We found HUNDREDS of sand dollars at Carter's beach; rode the waves at White Point and walked the beaufiful mile long summerville beach. Wow! I will miss the ocean so much. I would like to point out that Sandy Lane Vacations are awesome! When help is needed such as the phones are down after a really bad storm, they're there for you! We will be back.
Shipwright's Cottage, the area and Nova Scotia are all fantastic! One week was not enough. The deer visited everyday and appeared to be watching us more than we were watching them. Thank you for sharing this cozy and comfortable home.

Vacation Rental Reservations? It's easy!1. Choose Your CottageTo check in with us, simply review the vacation rental, home rental or cottage listings in the Our Properties Section; and determine which ones best fit your needs. You can either look at every cottage by clicking the next button or narrow down your search by using the search function to the right.2. Check AvailabilityOnce you have determined which vacation rental properties would work best for you, take a look at the availability calendar to see if it is available for the weeks you are interested. Cottages either have a Saturday-to-Saturday rental period or a Sunday-to-Sunday. This information can be found under Restrictions section on the property page.3. Reserve The CottageTo reserve your Nova Scotia vacation rental, home rental, cottage rental or accommodation online, simply complete the “Make a Reservation” form – click on the icon at the top of the list on the left hand column. If you are not ready to make a reservation, but would like to ask some questions about the cottages, please select the “Request Information” icon and complete the form. You may find that some of your questions are already answered in the Booking Notes. Please check there first.4. Sign the Rental AgreementOnce we have received your completed vacation or cottage rental Reservation Request, we will verify cottage availability and rate and e-mail you the Rental Agreement as a pdf document. Your full mailing address is required to prepare the Rental Agreement.You then print the Agreement, complete it and fax it back to us. For payment we accept either personal cheque, Visa or MasterCard. There is a section on the Agreement for you to provide your Credit Card details. A payment of $500 is due at the time of booking to secure your rental. Final payment is due 90 days prior to your arrival and can be paid by credit card or post-dated cheque. 5. ConfirmationOnce we have received the Agreement and the credit card details or payment by cheque, we will process the deposit and send you confirmation via email and details about when the final payment is due.6. Travel InsuranceSandy Lane Vacation Rentals is pleased to offer reasonably priced optional vacation rental cancellation insurance through our partner Travel Guard Canada.
