This cottage is exactly as advertised, maybe even better. It truly is only a 3 minute walk to beautiful Summerville beach. Make sure to walk to the end of the beach and see the old bridge when the tide is all the way out. It is beautiful. The 3 bedrooms are very large and the kitchen island is great for all cooking and eating together. We had a great vacation here at Summerset Cottage, made lots of new memories and hope to make it an annual tradition.

Beach Heaven is a very modern, well-appointed property with beautiful views and quick access to a lovely beach. The hot tub and saunas are nice bonuses too! The kitchen is well-equipped making meal prep a breeze.

The location is ideal for day trips to different areas on Nova Scotia's south shore, and is handy to a number of parks and bird sanctuary areas.

We take care of all the details: from marketing the property rental, to securing qualified guests, preparing and receiving signed rental agreements, collecting fees and security deposits, sending directions and clarifying policies, checking guests in and out, weekly cleaning and managing the finances. Our main street location attracts passing traffic maybe not for this season, but for the next. Our website ensures that all our properties have global exposure.
