The perfect oceanside vacation

A week at this Orchard Point was like a week in paradise. The house is very well built, and comfortably furnished with a great kitchen. The ocean, where you can swim from the rocks, begins right where the lawn ends. That is where both the sun and moon rise. It is comfortable all day in the breeze and stays warm though the night. It is private and feels secluded but is not remote; stores and all you need are close by.

We take care of all the details: from marketing the property rental, to securing qualified guests, preparing and receiving signed rental agreements, collecting fees and security deposits, sending directions and clarifying policies, checking guests in and out, weekly cleaning and managing the finances.
