The location is amazing, and we loved having a spotting scope and binoculars to watch wildlife. The house is a good size and could have easily accommodated more than our family of four, beds are comfortable and the living room comes with a nicely tuned piano, which we loved playing.

Description

Sandy Point Lighthouse Park and Community Centre is used for community events such as breakfasts and lobster suppers. There is a small beach and a few picnic tables in the park. The lighthouse is just offshore from the park. At low tide it is possible to walk out along the sandspit to the lighthouse.

Directions: From Shelburne drive six miles (10 km) south on the Lighthouse Route to Sandy Point. The Sandy Point Lighthouse Park is on your right. Free parking.
