Guest Testimonials

We had a wonderful week long stay at Black Point Cottage. Helen and the owners were very accommodating to our needs leading up to the stay and during as well. The location is amazing, and we loved having a spotting scope and binoculars to watch wildlife. The house is a good size and could have easily accommodated more than our family of four, beds are comfortable and the living room comes with a nicely tuned piano, which we loved playing.

Unique cottage design with lots of windows & a super kitchen. Ocean view and beach front make a great place to kayak, walk and an evening fire. Neptunes Rise is private & quiet, & only 5 min drive from Shelburne.
