Four cousins played, enjoyed and connected. We love the setting, the beautiful rocks and view of the ocean. The day trips to Luneneburg, Peggy's Cove and the beaches calmed and re-energized. We truly enjoyed our time here. The blueberry patch was awsome! We hope to be back soon.
Thank you for an amazing stay. The cottage was charming and very well euipped! We had some fabulous day trips and wonderful dinners at Charlotte's Lane and The Quarterdeck!!
Great location from which to explore the South Shore. We had a great stay at Harbour Tide House.
The location is unbelievable - a lovely sandy beach within short walking distance. View from Bright View Cottage across the bay and gorgeous sunsets as promised. Best thing to be able to lie in bed and see the ocean! Cottage comfortable and well provisioned with everything you might need. Instructions clear and detailed and the cottage binder contained lots of helpful local information. Location is very private and access to beach would be difficult to impossible for anyone with mobility issues.

LocationNearest Cottages:It is a short walk to Summerville Beach from Summerset Cottage. Driving Directions: To get to Summerville Center Beach and Provincial Park, take Exit 20 off HWY 103. OtherThis past August (2011), we spent a fantastic family day at Summerville Center Beach and Provincial Park. The weather was perfect. Blue skies with little white puffs of clouds floating overhead. Bright sun shimmering off the waves.Sam and Max were in their element - soaking wet and covered in sand. True to his creative character, Sam decided to try his winter sled out as a boogie board. Amazingly, it worked really well. The waves were perfect for a beginner boogie boarder. Large enough to be exciting, without being too big to be worrying for me! For me, there is nothing more relaxing than a day on the beach. The fresh air and sunshine do wonders to rejuvenate my spirit. AddressSummerville Center, NSGoogle Map |
