The location is ideal for day trips to different areas on Nova Scotia's south shore, and is handy to a number of parks and bird sanctuary areas. Arrived 1 day late in the wake of Hurricane Earl but our cottage was certanily worth the wait. What a lovely, well equipped cottage and gorgeous view! Thank you Helen and John for your concern about our safe arrival.
Beach Heaven is a beautiful spot, just steps to the beach, and amazing views. Very comfortable, and the kitchen is super well equipped which was great for us since we love cooking. Would not hesitate to stay again What a great cottage! Scenery, quiet, tranquility, quietest cottage we have ever stayed at. Went down Blanche Rd. to the end (about 10 min from cottage) and walked the beach and rocks at low tide. Saw a colony of seals barking on the rocks. Don't miss Cape Forchu outside of Yarmouth. Outstanding!
