Guest Testimonials

This cottage is totally equipped with just about anything you can think of, including a desk area for your computer and a printer! It is nicely furnished, and has great views. Very quiet, the only visitors are the local deer!

We had a great stay at the cottage. The house itself is spacious and clean, and in a lovely secluded spot a few minutes walk to the water. Our kids had a great time wading in the ocean water and skipping rocks. The area was also great - we visited a few beaches all within 10-30min drive and they were amazingly beautiful and empty! We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. The house was just perfect for us. We all loved going to the beach and exploring the area. The kides were fascinated by the wildlife. We will recommend the house to our family and friends.

Wonderful

We stayed at Elm Tree Cottage while buying a house in Shelburne. Perfect. We’d recommend for anyone. No space for kids or guests but for a couple it’s perfect! Great host.
